By accessing or using GBPHQ's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Description of Services
GBPHQ provides Google Business Profile reinstatement consulting services, including:
- DIY Guide: Self-service educational materials and templates for $49
- Done-For-You Services: Professional reinstatement services starting at $449
- Complex Case Handling: Advanced reinstatement services for difficult cases
Payment Terms
DIY Guide: Full payment of $49 is required at the time of purchase for instant access.
Done-For-You Services:
- A non-refundable deposit of $99 is required to begin work
- The remaining balance is due only upon successful reinstatement
- If reinstatement is not achieved, you owe nothing beyond the initial deposit
- The $49 DIY Guide purchase can be credited toward done-for-you services
No Guarantee of Results
While we have a high success rate, we cannot guarantee reinstatement of your Google Business Profile. Google makes all final decisions regarding profile status. Our services include our best professional efforts based on our experience and knowledge of Google's policies.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business
- Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
- Not provide false or misleading information
- Comply with Google's Terms of Service and Business Profile guidelines
- Have legitimate ownership or authorization to manage the business profile
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, templates, and guides provided by GBPHQ are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use purchased materials for your own business purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share our materials with others.
Limitation of Liability
GBPHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services
- Google's decisions regarding your business profile
- Any unauthorized access to your information
- Any errors or omissions in our content or services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GBPHQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the decision shall be final and binding.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
