Done-For-You Services
Initial Deposit ($99):
- The $99 deposit is non-refundable
- This deposit covers the initial assessment, strategy development, and administrative costs
- Work begins immediately upon payment
Remaining Balance:
- The remaining balance (varies by service tier) is due only upon successful reinstatement
- If your profile is not reinstated, you owe nothing beyond the deposit
- "Successful reinstatement" means your Google Business Profile is restored to active status and visible on Google Maps and Search
When Refunds May Be Issued
We may issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged twice
- Service not started: If you paid the deposit but we haven't begun work (within 24 hours of payment)
- Ineligible case: If we determine after payment that your case is ineligible for our services, we will refund your deposit
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be issued in these situations:
- You change your mind after work has begun
- Google reinstates your profile but you are unsatisfied with the outcome
- You fail to provide required information or documentation
- You provide false or misleading information
- Your profile is suspended again due to your actions after reinstatement
- You violate Google's Terms of Service
Complex Cases
For complex cases with higher service fees:
- The same deposit structure applies
- Additional fees may be required for cases involving legal complications or multiple profiles
- These additional fees will be clearly communicated before work begins
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
